We proudly partner with a trusted, female-led factory based in Shenzhen, China. This family-run business, founded by an experienced seamstress and skilled patternmaker, is built on craftsmanship, care, and strong values. What began in a modest 400 sqm space has grown into a 1,200 sqm operation – a reflection of the team's dedication and commitment.
The factory is known for its focus on quality and expertise. It employs highly skilled workers, many of whom have formal training in high-end production. The team is composed primarily of women, all experts in their craft, who continue to evolve through ongoing training programs.
The factory exclusively collaborates with brands that share its respect for craftsmanship, ethical labor practices, and the art of fashion making.

Our Code of Conduct outlines clear requirements for all suppliers regarding:
WORKING CONDITIONS & HUMAN RIGHTS
Protection against child and forced labor, discrimination, harassment, and abuse; respect for legal labor contracts and freedom of association.
FAIR EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES
Reasonable working hours, fair wages, and employee benefits.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Safe working environments, emergency preparedness, injury prevention, and proper living and eating conditions.
ENVIROMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
Compliance with environmental laws, waste management, air emissions control, and chemical safety.
ETHICAL BUSINESS CONDUCT
Anti-corruption, transparency, and accountability across all operations.
Working Hours & Employee Welfare
All employees work 08.00-17.00, Monday to Saturday. They receive pensions and are entitled to time off for major holidays, including Chinese New Year (one month), as well as personal events such as birthdays and weddings.
The factory invests in its team through ongoing education and professional development, supporting both individual growth and long-term careers.
Certifications & Audits
The factory holds a current WCA (Workplace Conditions Assessment) certificate, renewed annually. This covers:
- LABOR: Protection against child/forced labor, discrimination, abuse; freedom of association and legal labor contracts.
- WAGES & HOURS: Fair compensation and reasonable hours.
- HEALTH & SAFETY: Emergency preparedness, machine/chemical safety, and appropriate dormitory/canteen conditions.
- MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS: Worker feedback channels, documentation, audits, and corrective processes.
- ENVIROMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY: Legal compliance and environmental management.
In addition, the factory has been audited through the Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI) developed by Amfori.
This confirms safe working conditions, fair compensation, ethical conduct, and environmental responsibility – with no evidence of child labor, forced labor, unsafe practices, or discrimination.
