to help. Returning your item is easy, just follow the steps below and we’ll take care of the
rest.

3. Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with return instructions.
4. Send your item(s) back to us following the instructions provided.
5. Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll process your refund to your original
payment method.

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible:
Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Products should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged—just as fresh as when they
first arrived.
Please note: If an item is returned in a different condition, we may not be able to accept it.

To help us maintain quality for all our customers, please ensure that returned items are:
Free from any scents (perfume, smoke, etc.)
Free from stains (makeup, deodorant, or other marks)
Not worn or damaged

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order.

Returns are typically processed within 14 days of arriving at our warehouse.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.
Please allow a few extra days for the funds to appear in your account.
Please note: Original shipping fees, return shipping costs, and any additional payment
processing fees are non-refundable.
